Check in: between 8:00 and 9:00 am on Sunday, October 13, under the tent at The Hunterdon Land Trust Farmers' Market, Dvoor Farm, 111 Mine St, Flemington NJ.
Paint: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, anywhere on the Dvoor Farm grounds.
Display/Judging: set up artwork at the reception area by 12:30 pm, under the tent at Dvoor Farm. Artwork should be framed and labeled with tag provided at check-in.

Reception/Awards: 1:00 pm under the tent at Dvoor Farm, 111 Mine St. All works must be offered for sale. Art•Venture commission is 25%, 10% to be donated to Hunterdon Land Trust. $900 in cash prizes to be awarded: $500 first place, $250 second place, $150 third place. Refreshments to be served.
Artwork Requirements: Entries must be original and created entirely by the artist between 9am and 12pm. Artists are free to explore the area and plan their work in advance, but must begin with blank canvas/paper at check-in. No photography or digitally created or enhanced artwork. All other traditional 2D media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, graphite etc are welcome.

Art•Venture reserves the right to photograph entries and artists in action and use the photographs. The artist is completely responsible for providing insurance for his/her work for this event. Neither Art•Venture, nor any other party associated with the Festival or any of their agents, representatives or volunteers will be liable for any damage, theft, or destruction of submitted artwork.
Any artist painting before or after the designated times will be disqualified from this and future events.
